No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Because the products and services offered at BD ZONE are intangible, digital goods, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a rank, item, or privilege has been applied to your Minecraft account, the service is considered fully rendered.
Specific Conditions
Accidental Purchases: We cannot provide refunds for accidental purchases or "buyer's remorse." Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
Server Bans: Violating server rules and receiving a ban does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased items or ranks.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from our network and potential legal recovery actions.
Rule Immunity
Please remember that purchasing a rank does not grant immunity from server rules. All players must follow the community guidelines.
Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in the event of a documented technical failure of our delivery system that we are unable to resolve.
