Welcome to BD ZONE. By accessing our website, joining our server, or purchasing any virtual goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BD ZONE regarding your use of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
All purchases made on BD ZONE for virtual items, ranks, currencies, or other intangible goods are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the service has been delivered.
By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used or have explicit permission from the owner. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our network and potential legal action to recover lost funds.
2. Account Suspensions & Forfeiture
Purchasing a rank or item does not grant immunity from our server rules. We enforce a strict code of conduct to ensure a fair and enjoyable environment for all players.
- If your account is banned for violating rules (e.g., hacking, toxicity, griefing), you will not be entitled to a refund.
- We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time for violations of our Terms of Service.
3. Service Availability
BD ZONE strives to provide 24/7 access to our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of:
- Scheduled maintenance or downtime
- Unexpected server outages
- Permanent closure of the server
...all virtual items, ranks, and privileges remain the property of BD ZONE and have no real-world cash value. In the event of permanent closure, all virtual assets are forfeited.
4. Delivery & Support
Our system is automated. Items are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. However, specific conditions may apply:
Delays
It may take up to 24 hours for payments to process during high traffic. If you haven't received items after 24h, verify your transaction ID.
Space Requirements
Ensure you have inventory space for items. Some packages require you to be online to receive them.
For support, please create a ticket via our Support Portal with your Transaction ID and Username.
5. Transfers & Account Responsibility
No Official Transfers
BD ZONE does not officially support or facilitate the transfer of ranks or stats between accounts. Any arrangement to transfer items is done solely at your own risk. We disclaim all responsibility for scams or loss of assets during player-to-player trades.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password or login credentials. We will not restore items lost due to account compromising or sharing.
No Downgrades
Attempting to "downgrade" a purchase in exchange for a partial refund is not permitted. All transactions are absolute.
